Through our quote request and contact forms we collect the following data:

• First and last name
• Company or business name
• Email address and phone number
• Project or product information (galenic format, formula, estimated volume, etc.)

We do not process special category data or data belonging to individuals under 16 years of age.

4. Retention Period

Data will be retained for as long as necessary to manage your request and, thereafter, for the periods required by applicable law:

• 4 years for tax obligations (General Tax Law)
• 3 years for claims arising from services provided

Once these periods have elapsed, data will be securely deleted.

5. Recipients and Data Transfers

Akumal Sport Nutrition does not share your data with third parties except where required by law. We use technology providers that act as data processors under the guarantees required by GDPR:

• Odoo S.A.: CRM and request management software (EU servers)
• Hostinger: web hosting (EU servers)

We do not make international transfers of data outside the European Economic Area.

• Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: request deletion of your data when no longer necessary.
