Contract manufacturing (OEM) is the service for brands that need a unique product: we start from your formula — or develop it with you from scratch — and turn it into a finished, stable, tested product ready for sale. The resulting formula is your property, fully exclusive, with confidentiality guaranteed by contract.
We do not only make sports supplements: our laboratory produces food supplements in the broad sense — vitamins and minerals, collagen, nutraceuticals, wellness and health formulas — in powder, capsules, tablets and sticks. And if your project actually fits a proven catalogue formula better, we will tell you so and it will cost you less: that is what our private label line is for.

Do I own the formula you develop?
Yes. In the OEM model, the formula we develop for you is 100 % your property, fully exclusive: we will not manufacture it for any other client. Confidentiality is guaranteed by an NDA from the first technical conversation.
Do you only manufacture sports supplements?
No. We manufacture food supplements in the broad sense: vitamins and minerals, collagen, nutraceuticals and wellness formulas, in addition to the full sports range. Available formats are powder, capsules, tablets and sticks.
What do I need to request a manufacturing quote?
Just your product idea or your formula (if you already have one), the desired format and a volume estimate. With that we prepare a proposal covering feasibility, MOQ, indicative unit price and timeline. If you have no formula yet, our technical team develops it with you.
Do you handle the regulatory side?
Yes. We prepare labelling compliant with Regulation (EU) 1169/2011, verify claims against Regulation (EC) 1924/2006, and support you with the market notification required before selling a food supplement in Spain and other EU countries.
How much does contract manufacturing cost?
It depends on the formula (ingredients and doses), format and volume. We publish real indicative ranges by format in our manufacturing cost guide, and your quote will include the exact unit price for your specific project.
Can a US brand use you to manufacture for the European market?
Yes — manufacturing in the EU removes import friction, gives you EU-compliant labelling from day one, and the European GMP standard is what distributors and retailers across Europe expect. We regularly work with international brands entering the EU market.
